2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scoopler. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 may have restricted access to certain features.

Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts
Users aged 13-17 cannot access age-restricted content or monetization features
Identity verification is required for payouts and verified badges (18+ only)

3. User Accounts

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on Scoopler, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

You are solely responsible for content you post. Content must comply with our Community Guidelines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Use automated tools to scrape or spam the Service
Circumvent content moderation or security measures

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

First violation: Warning
Second violation: Warning with posting restriction
Third violation: 7-day suspension
Fourth violation: 30-day suspension
Fifth violation: Permanent ban

7. Private Library

Your private library is for personal use. Content saved from external sources remains in your library for your reference. You are responsible for the content you choose to save. Content flagged as potentially adult will be labeled but not restricted for users 18+.

8. Monetization

Monetization features (tips, payouts) require identity verification and are only available to users 18 and older. We reserve the right to withhold payouts for content that violates our terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are owned by Scoopler. Do not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party links.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoopler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes.
